Week commencing 13/6/16

Good busy weekend just finished, ready for another mad week ahead at the Hussey, further will be having lunch at Origins restaurant (Shrewsbury College) with Head Chef Lecturer Dan Gibbons and a food guide inspector, looking forward to that and sorting out a date to work alongside a local cheese maker in the next 2 weeks, making cheese, from milking cows first and turning that into Cheese after, watch this space
