22nd June A day at Moyden's Handmade Cheese

Great lunch at Origins yesterday, still buzzing, in the mean time Martin Moyden and I aranged for a cheese making day next week before the Shrewsbury Food festival, shame I am not part of the festival, but maybe trough making cheese for the event.....I play a little part in it. Anyhow, milking cows first thing at 5.30am, it has been a while well to be precize 49yrs ago was the last time I milked a cow manually..lol, I can taste the raw milk already, and then we are going to make lovely creamy cheese from start to finish, can't wait to get stuck in with Martin and my number 2, Ali Rowley.
