Fresh Hussey Kippers

Nice different cured trout and herring,the smoker went on today using charcoal and Beech wood shavings, first the trouts, then the herring, the herring getting renamed to Hussey Kippers and look at these beauties,....nice starter for sunday lunch perhaps or a pair for breakfast. The Salmon  fillets are out of the salt bath and rinsed, now is resting till tomorrow morning. This is taking food to a new level. No more processed, mass produced dried out smoked fish.....
