Work Experience at Swift Bakery

Well July...... Two dates set for this month for our Shropshire Fresh Produce Tour, first of working a whole shift with my Sous Chef Alex at Robert's Swift Bakery on the 20th. Having generally a lot of respect for Artisan Bakers and making breads from when I was 10 yrs old, I think this will be a fine 'Master class' for me and Alex to take, no doubt we will make a lot of bread too. We look forward to it Robert. This fine day will be followed a week later with the honey producer at Hilltop Honey on the 27th. August is getting closer and busy too, at least 3 new veneues for our tour lined up....
