Great British Food Festival Weston Park

I had a great day at the festival. Invited by 'Wots Cooking' I represented 4 local producers using their produce to make a fab demo. From Samantha Grey British Lop Pork Belly, from Martin Moyden Wrekin blue Cheese, from Bennet and Dunn their popular Oak smoked rapeseed oil and Purple potatoes and asparagus from Gerrol Jalving. As always the interest in the Demo tent is Fab and people asked questions of great interest while cooking on stage, Kate was asking questions regarding the involvement of local produce in todays local restaurants and I was in my element promoting all for the right reason. I am looking forward to our next demo at Cosford Food Festival representing et more local producers. I just love using fresh local produce at their best
