Getting artisan producers working together
It is that time of the year that food festivals are everywhere, I have been invited to do a Demo for the second time, exciting indeed. I will be representing 'Flavours of Shropshire' a yet small group of Artisan producers who in turn put their heart and soul onto their produce. Working with them always has been a mission, with pride, passion and a sharp eye on provenance is all our goal. Working with Martin Moyden, making handmade cheese again tomorrow, we endeavour to make a new cheese, this end product will be marinated with one or more Bennet and Dunn natural flavoured rapeseed oils....this in turn will be launched at the food festival and is going to be part of my food Demo.
